Keynote Speaker: Gloria Castillo, President, Chicago United. Created in 1968, Chicago United was the first group to bring together racially diverse CEOs with a common goal of creating a stronger social and economic climate for everyone in Chicago. One topic she will discuss is CU's action oriented plan called the Five Forward Initiative designed to improve regional competitiveness by building minority-owned firms of scale.
